In this lesson, Gina starts with a lot of walking around the arena on the inside track to encourage her horse to move forward and straight in the walk. In the trot and canter, Gina works through a circle exercise allowing her horse to stretch into the contact with forward impulsion.

9:40: Trotting, straight on the inside track, 18-meter circle, straight on the inside track, 18-meter circle, repeat

13:40: Canter, straight on the inside track, 18-meter circle, straight on the inside track, 18-meter circle, repeat, in both directions

17:10: Trotting, 3-loop serpentines, allowing her horse to stretch into the contact
