Dr. Bell let’s his guest do the talking by engaging them with open-ended questions. Love hearing the interesting conversations he has with his guests.

Excellent podcast

Great podcast with a variety of interesting expert guests and casual discussions and tips for building mental strength. Dr Rob is great at engaging his guests to tell their story and relate his own experience and knowledge to the guest’s experiences. These discussions can help you learn from success and failures of others and apply some of Dr Rob’s concepts to sports or life. Tough times and humorous moments in each talk. I personally take away nuggets for my use with my players and my family at home. Highly recommend!
