I really like this so far

I've only listened to a couple episodes but it's very interesting & I think I'll like the variety of interviews. I'm WAY overweight & too sedentary... I'm now tracking calories w/ the Lose It app & adopting (slow, small steps!) healthier habits.

What happened to this podcast? It looks so good & is love to learn from it, but every episode appears to be unavailable. 🤷🏻‍♀️
