His approach to the kettlebell has really opened my eyes to a new world of strength, conditioning and optimization. Over the last 3 years, Eric has taught me and hundreds of thousands of people how to integrate the kettlebell into their daily work out routines to challenge their movement patterns, enhance their strength, and to promote creativity. Eric's thought process about regularly learning new fitness methods, and keeping an open mind has lead him to a place of personal optimization, growth and development, in many facets of life. I am excited to share this conversation with all of you today.
