155. Stress, Expectations & Your Wellness Business Ignite Ur Wellness Business

Setting goals is important.

Goals are your roadmap to success. 

You don't want to set goals, not because you don't like goals. 

What you don't actually like is the failure. 

What you avoid by not setting goals is feeling failure, and the shame of failure. 

However, failure is subjective. 

It's created by your brain's perception of what winning is, and what constitutes loosing. 

Your definition. 

The good news is your perception makes winning within your control. 

It is also learning how to set goals from a new perspective. 

So then you keep working towards your goals step by step.

And you know how to support yourself when things don't turn out as planned. 

This allows you to feel more expansive day to day in your wellness business. 

Instead of feeling mostly pressure and stress throughout your day.  

Which is 100% not sustainable. 

And who wants to work in a business where all they feel is stress anyways?
