It’s only been in the last decade or so that the idea of health and wellness should equally include mental health along with our physical health. So sadly, our financial health may take even longer to really be put in the spotlight as something we should be paying more attention to. Our financial health is super important as can have a direct effect on our mental wellbeing through stress as well as our physical if we do not have the funds to keep ourselves healthy should we get sick or injured.
