Arthritis can be a barrier when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle. It's important to remember when exercising with osteoarthritis that trying new things can be so helpful in continuing to be active. There is so much misinformation about osteoarthritis that can discourage people from being active. Using conservative management consistently is critical. Remember that progress will be slow, and it may take weeks to months to see results.
