17. Reclaiming your Medicine and Embracing Ancestral Lineages with Asha Frost Licensed Psychologist, Now What?

    • Mental Health

This episode of ‘Licensed psychologist, Now What? Podcast is being published on the Winter Solstice (a couple day earlier than the usual schedule). There are a few reasons for that but one of the most important ones was because of my guest on the show today. She is a very special person and one of the most inspiring person’s I have met. Through her teachings I am learning to honor the season changes especially the darkness that involves the Winter Solstice. This year in particular I had a lot of releasing of old patterns, and I have confronted a lot of uncertainty. My old self would have tried to figure out the issues and kept going but this time, especially this year I have allowed myself to sit in the darkness, to explore the unknown, I have allowed my body and mind to rest and to really listen to the inner voice that guides my life.  Today it is my honor and privilege to introduce you to Asha Frost, @asha.frost, Indigenous Healer.

On this amazing interview we talk about her journey, her struggles, what brought her into her calling and how she felt the need to answer the call from her ancestors.

Her message of dismantling and reclaiming our own space has resonated so profoundly with so many people and to be able to help spread her message in this space was very important for me because of how much it has helped me personally.
