Today we talked with Natalie Armstrong-Motion and found out how to become a mediator and/or arbitrator. Back in 1994 Natalie launched her company, Market Resolution, which guides people through the process of becoming a mediator or arbitrator, otherwise know as ADR.
During COVID, Natalie founded a nonprofit company, Will Work for Food.
