A healthy lifestyle is defined by more than fitness and nutrition. Look around you. Clutter is the enemy of clarity. Spring into a better you! Maybe it's time to clean house. With the official first day of Spring, why not look at all areas of your environment when it comes to health and well-being?

Even Marie Kondo sees the importance of your environment, what you have, how much you have, and how you have it organized.
"The question of what you want to own is actually the question of how you want to live your life.” ~ Marie Kondo Let's consider three questions as to your home.
What is serving you this season? What do you really need to keep? What do you really need to give away? Now these three questions can be used in every room of the house. Don't look at your home in the totality, because you might be a little overwhelmed.
In order to live with vigor and vibrance, spring into a healthy lifestyle.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Spring into a healthy lifestyle! Let's consider your home. During these next few weeks, take time to make this an adventure. If you have children, you can include them. However, if they are of an age where they must keep everything, then don't ask them. That's not very productive.
Choose one room at a time. Maybe it's one that you've wanted to change for a while. Or it's one that you know if you got organized, you would feel like a new woman. Make it the room that changes the way you see your home. Clear the clutter. What do you really need in this room that serves you? If you haven't used it in over a year and it's not a holiday or seasonal item, then consider it a toss/donate. Otherwise, organize the item and prepare a place for it. Toss, Donate, Keep. Clean the space. Wipe down the baseboards and shelves. Freshen the linens (curtains and pillows). Shampoo the carpet. Rearrange the furniture. Disinfect frequently used areas. White vinegar is my favorite way to sanitize. You now can spring into your room with refreshment. You will feel better. It will give you more mental clarity and energy knowing that everything has a place.
If you can, include your children. However, make it a game, not a chore.
Calm the chaos in the home by clearing the clutter leading you to better clarity and resounding confidence.
