He is the founder of Armando Montelongo Companies, which presents real estate investment seminars across the country.



Before he developed his house flipping system, he was over $50K in debt, within his first year in the real estate business, he made $1 Million dollars and by year 3, he had made over $3 Million.



With his proven house flipping success, he now teaches thousands of people across the country his system. He is even teaching his kids about the business of real estate which has helped create a tight bond with them.
