Everyone’s talking about setting new goals for 2021, right? We all know that you can’t achieve your goals if you don’t know what they are, so this is important. But what almost no one understands about setting and achieving goals is the concept of understanding your ‘why’ for each goal. It’s not just the act of setting goals that helps you to achieve them, it’s having clarity on why you MUST achieve them, and the actions you need to take to succeed. And that can happen even if you set goals at this time every year but give up on them within a month (or less), as long as you are clear on what you need to do.
