As the founder of eyewear company Ra Optics, Matt Maruca has spent years researching the impact of light on the body's (and mind's) overall health. Spurred on by his own health challenges including gut issues, headaches and allergies, Matt began to research various modalities to help him feel better. He ended up adding light therapy into a long list of holistic modalities and, finding success with it, now tells his story to help others.

In this episode we talk about why he doesn't avoid the sun, and the benefits he's experienced from deliberate, measured sun exposure.
