Love learning more about local real estate and getting national data with perspective. The value of the information presented on the podcast is amazing, plus the community is super welcoming and helpful! My favorite listen every Monday and Wednesday!

A great pandemic find in this podcast!

I discovered this podcast during the spring of 2020 & very quickly became a subscriber & regular listener. I had met Greg at several Fortune Builder real estate training events & I wanted to watch him as a potential provider of turnkey investments for my real estate portfolio. This podcast helped me to learn more about his investment & business philosophy & feel comfortable. Pablo & Greg made learning even more about real estate fun. When interest rates dropped in Dec 2021 I refinanced my primary residence & 2 of my rental properties in Denver. During 2022 I purchased 6 rental houses with JWB. I found a community of like-minded investors through this podcast. In February 2023 I traveled to Jacksonville for an in-real-life meet-up. I saw the rental properties that I had purchased through JWB and met the JWB staff. I am thrilled. This podcast helped me to overcome a previous investing trauma that I had had by trusting another “turnkey” provider in Detroit. Greg & Pablo are intellectually curious, transparent in everything they do, and are worth your time & trust. If possible I try to participate as a community member in every podcast. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve know Pablo for many years and recently met Gregg… both are great guys! And this show is a fantastic resource for anyone interested in real estate investing. They have a focus on relationships, community and education which is uncommon in the real estate circles.
