Some stories are hard to tell, but even harder to carry alone. This is mine.

In this deeply personal episode, I open my heart and share the journey that shaped me, the pain, the loss, the moments that nearly broke me, and the ones that slowly pieced me back together. From childhood abandonment to years of trauma, heartbreak, and survival, to finding love, becoming a mother, and finally choosing a life of alignment over suffering, this is the story of how I got here.

If you’ve ever felt lost, unworthy, or like life keeps pulling you under, I hope you find something in my story that reminds you healing is possible. That no matter where you’ve been, no matter how heavy your past feels, you are not broken, you are becoming. You are coming home to yourself. And you are never, ever alone.
