Only into Day 2 but I can feel something awakening

I've been a student of meditation for many years. After a long illness a number of years ago I "fell off the cushion" so to speak and haven't been able to reestablish a regular meditation practice. This is helping me get things jumpstarted again. It's a beautiful course.
