Dara escaped New York and corporate America to live by and under the sea in Costa Rica. She is a free diving Instructor, scuba Instructor, kundalini Yoga teacher and an environmental conservationist from the inside out.

She guides people through past traumas, old stories and present fears by helping them reconnect to their breath, bodies, intuition through the natural world. Dara says the ocean is one of the most powerful healing tools we can utilize on Earth and when we apply the power of breath and presence- massive change is bound to happen.
