I miss the audio classes

This podcast is so amazing and pretty much my main way of doing yoga. I really enjoy the audio classes, I can let myself go into my practice, a lot of the instructors were super good at talking through the movements and poses...but the videos I actually get lost a little easier and find myself looking at the video to often versus being able to just listen and do yoga

Perfect except...

When the video ends the podcast should end too. Instead, while we are peacefully resting in shavasana the next video begins with its upbeat music which startles us out of our resting place. Otherwise I so enjoy the variety and quality of teachers and classes available. Thank you!

Morning quickie

Oh, my, goodness! This 15 minute workout made my heart hate increase, helped me stretch without hurting myself, and as a beginner in yoga this was amazing! So relaxing and I found myself laughing with the instructor and somehow knowing what pose came next. This made me feel like it was just her and I, as if we had had formed a strong bond. I felt very included and relaxed. I definitely downloaded and subscribed. Thank you so much. Honestly.
