On last week’s episode we talked about how your Behaviors create the Results you get in life...
And how your Behaviors are dictated by your Beliefs.
  
Specifically, we talked about how “Limiting Beliefs” are THE primary reason you aren’t achieving the success you desire in your life… be it in your Health, your Finances or your Relationships.
On today’s episode we talk about things you can do to SMASH those Limiting Beliefs.
Seven strategies that will help you eliminate Limiting Beliefs and replace them with Beliefs that are congruent with the success you desire.
You really don’t want to miss this episode… especially if you’re one of those people who does a great job at “getting started” towards a goal but then struggles “sticking to the plan.”
Or, if you do really well for a while, only to then do something that “sabotages” your efforts.
This is also a great episode for anyone interested in the Mind - Body connection.
Now that I think about it, this episode is really good for everyone.
There is, however, one precaution:
We reveal, in the first minute, a “technical difficulty” that could have really messed things up.
However, we have a “Belief” system that focuses on turning “failures” into “lessons”… which is what we did :)
