Today we’re concluding our Living Lighter series with the topic of soul care. Maybe you feel so overwhelmed caring for others that you couldn’t possibly have time to care for yourself – trust me, I’ve been there. But I hope this episode is a gentle reminder that true rest for your soul is only found in Jesus.
