In this episode I am joined by Certified Life Coach: Jessie Benson (https://jessiebenson.com/). Jessie Benson is a Certified Life Coach who helps women find their brave. Jessie found her own brave and walked away from life as a doctor in 2014 to follow her dream. Now, as a life coach, Jessie helps women overcome self-doubt and perfectionism to up their Brave Factor and live bigger. She works with clients 1:1 and helps them be the person they were meant to be and live the life they were meant to live. The culmination of Jessie’s coaching is her year-long program for women Brave Is Beautiful Circle.

In this episode we talk about Jessie's journey from working in anesthesiology and critical care medicine for almost a decade to becoming a life coach. We discuss what made her choose to take such a drastic change in career, how her experiences as a child shaped her adult life, and how she was able to take control of her life and find a path that truly was aligned with what she wanted.
