Michelle Zellner went from being a personal trainer and noticing that being healthy and happy required much more than the physical aspect of working out, to developing a multi-faceted approach in the form of corporate wellness programs and online courses. She is an advocate of living by intentions to become a healthier and happier human being. She has helped so many others do the same by helping identify areas in their life where they could make improvements and grow each day. She thrives off of the energy she can receive from the environment. 
She came on the Sets & Reps podcast and uses her story and experiences to discuss: solutions for everyday problems we all face, living with authenticity, creating an environment to thrive, curiosity rather than judgement, vision boarding and more!
