KEY QUOTES:

[06:10] One thing though that military has taught me is the “Never give up” mentality. When you’re at war it’s not an option to give up. I mean people’s lives are counting on you performing. So, that has helped me in business as well as in many areas

[19:30] Having that level of commitment to focus on the syndication business allowed us to get to where we are now. It gave us a passion for that, faith for it, and stamina because It was such a sacrifice to commit to the daily podcast, start doing deals, working with investors, doing the adoption process, all those things at the same time, it took just massive levels of commitment. So, I would ask our listeners like are you committed to this? Because it’s not going to be easy.

[31:28] Having the system automated for the podcast guest is very crucial. I don’t have time to go back and forth with the guests to 3 or 4 times about their bio, or the questions that they want me to ask on the show and things like that. So, it has to be very automated and it helps us a lot.

[35:40] My advice to my younger self is to “think bigger”. Think about where you are going. Back then, I don’t have much focus and guidance on where I wanted to go. I did not have the vision of building a business and it’s difficult to break free from the mindset of just having a “stable job”. You have to believe that you can accomplish bigger things.
