Jonathan Bradley Welch, David Crabb and guests get together to chat about the ghosts of television and pop culture past. They cover it all: what we love, hate, hate to love, and what's absurd when we look at the past through a modern lens. Nothing is off topic, and everything is worth a closer look!

122 - You Gotta Believe In The Ghostwriter
This is definitely a crossover episode with Two Wick Minimum's Selena Coppock, uniting her strong candle loving skills with the spooky tales of kids in the 1990s finding messages everywhere written by a ghost. That's right, it's time to explore "Ghostwriter," the PBS classic that inspired kids without cable all over America to get spooky!

121 - And That's One To Grow On
Ambassador Of Fun Robin Gelfenbien joins Jonathan and David this week to talk about the lessons learned between cartoons and Cookie Crisp commercials on NBC's "One To Grow On." Join as we reminisce about the likes of Betty White, Nancy McKeon, Ricky Schroeder, and Valerie Harper do the work of trying to make kids of the 80s grow up not to be dicks. Did it work? You tell us.

120 - The Quarantined Bubbles Of Lawrence Welk
It seems like a time very far gone from here, but once upon a corny, prairie moment, Lawrence Welk brought wholesome entertainment to America for decades! This very current program was brought to the table by fan favorite Linda Bailey Walsh, and we were delighted to revisit something so innocent! Float away with us!

Wonderful
What a great podcast; breezy, funny, excellent topics and guests. I wish they were still making new episodes.
No research and they hate everything
Lame. They hate on everything. Whiny, simpleton bull. They don’t do their research. Very poorly executed podcast. They act like high school bullies gossiping about people who don’t live up to their standards
❤️ this podcast
I’m a TV junkie kid at heart. Grew up watching way too much late 70s and 80s TV first run and reruns. Love that they revisit so many great shows. Would love to hear you dish about Maude. Need you to have me on as a special guest to talk about 80s TV sitcoms.
