Augusto Carneiro is the founder of Nossa Familia Coffee, a Portland based B Corp focus on sustainability and social responsibility. Augusto, a mechanical engineer from the University of Portland started his company in the early 2000's with $400 and has now grown to a vertically integrated organization that employs 40 people in the U.S. and Brazil.
