Why Mold Medics?
We noticed that there was a big gap in the level of service that contractors were providing; not just in mold removal. It became really apparent to us that there was a large opportunity for being contractors who provide excellent customer service. Not to mention the whole class of people who have mold sensitivities, and weren't being properly cared for and avoided by typical remediators. Mold Medics was created to provide a consumer-first home care service that no other business currently offers, and to have a lasting impact on the indoor environmental health of our community. We achieve this by having a transparent process, outstanding communication with customers and honest assessments backed by a proven track record of the best customer experience in the industry.
