294. Spanish Gin and Tonic

The guys make spruced-up G&Ts inspired by the Basque Country.

SPANISH GIN AND TONIC RECIPE:

• 2oz/60ml GIN
• 4oz/120ml TONIC WATER
• 5-10 JUNIPER BERRIES
• 1 wheel LEMON
• 1 sprig THYME

Pour gin into a wine glass filled 3/4 with ice. Top with tonic and stir gently. Garnish with juniper berries, a lemon wheel and a thyme sprig.
