Amazing host and relevant content for all

Ryan is an absolute professional and was meant to be hosting this type of content. Ryan asks incredibly thoughtful questions that allow the guests to speak about their experiences without being confined to the conversation. The podcast flows naturally and you can tell the guests feel comfortable sharing their experiences because of the environment Ryan creates.

As a listener I have listened through almost all of the conversations and while the topic of transitioning to their second career is the same, the lessons are wildly different. As someone who works in the corporate world and being a former athlete it was a refreshing to hear about other people’s experience, their ups, their downs, and how they overcame them to be successful.

5 stars and looking forward to seeing how this podcast and the 2ndwind teams platform continue to grow.
