3. [Bonus!] How To Meal Plan More Effectively Downstairs For Dinner

    • Food

How can you get past the meal plan blues and show up more inspired to make yourself healthier?

In this episode I share my four tips on how to meal plan more effectively.  Why meal plan? It saves you money, time and resources.  Plus the more you do it, the better you become. Don't like to meal plan? Maybe you just need to have fun with it.  Download my free weekly meal plan template here. It also helps to listen to some disco music while planning.

My 4 tips:

1. Know where and when the sales are.

2. Before shopping prepare your space, ie clean out your fridge (Throw out that A1 sauce from 1996.  Just do it).

3. Write it down: make 2 lists and decide to up-cycle one ingredient or food dish.

4. Prep as much as you can once you get home.

Learn how to master your confidence, self esteem and knowledge in the kitchen, improve your relationship with food and with your kids, transform your health and shine like a disco ball while momming. Join host, coach, author and mom Cristina Stephenson as she helps women feel more optimistic, inspired and fulfilled in their kitchen and with their kids through food trainings, on-air coaching calls and expert interviews.
