And we're back! This episode was recorded last year, but...life happens, lol. In this episode, we're taking on the technical debut album from the late and great Nipsey Hussle, "Victory Lap". There are a lot ways to approach this body of work, but we're taking it head on. Did it live up to the large hype that it was released with? At the time, Nip had put out several successful mixtapes. How did the added pressure of this project being an "album" affect the end product? We share opinions on all of these questions and more in this one. Come hang out with us.

This week on the 3DC, the boys are reviewing Deondre's pick; the classic album from 2001, Discovery by Daft Punk. This album caught each of the boys at a different time in their lives, but we all understand how legendary this project is. We tried something new for this one. On this episode, we're reviewing the album "maps" by billy woods, an album that none of the 3 of us heard prior to preparing for this episode. The result was fireworks; two radically different opinions that somehow resulted in some of the best discussions we've had about music. Also obviously it's f*****g hilarious. This week, we're covering the 2005 ultimate sadboy project from Death Cab for Cutie, "Plans". This album birthed the now infamous track "I Will Follow You into the Dark", which all 3 of the boys agree has been overplayed into the ground.
