#31 - The Rolling Task List The Peaceful Productivity Podcast

    • Mental Health

What's a rolling task list?

This is a very common method for organizing tasks in which  unfinished tasks from the previous day get carried forward to today.

Some people find it an effective way to manage their time.

For others, they might look at a list of unfinished tasks and find themselves in a state of overwhelm.

If this is you, I got you.

I want to assure you that overwhelm is not a problem.

Feeling overwhelmed is NOT a reflection of your effectiveness.

You can feel overwhelmed regardless of the quality of your systems or processes.

It's simply another human emotion that comes and goes depending on how you are thinking.

So, the question becomes, how do we move through a state of overwhelm, instead of squashing it (and ourselves), or letting it derail us?

Join me in today's episode to learn a tool that I find useful in helping me move through overwhelm, while respecting my own needs and limits.
