The Puberty Prof wants to help families and schools empower children and youth with positive coping skills, including the benefits of drawing. To help her, Haley Weaver, an illustrator and creator of “webcomics,” talks about her passion for helping people use art as a tool for figuring out our emotions, as well as other coping skills to support one’s wellness. She also shares her personal story for coping with her own anxiety and struggles as a young person and advice to adults for supporting the mental health of children and youth.
