36. Jenn Trepeck - Finding Your "Why", Intelligent Eating, & The Science of Weight Management Well Being, Well Said.

Jenn Trepeck has been described as a "force of nature" in the wellness space. She is an Optimal Health Coach, Podcaster, and Business Consultant. Jenn grew up the "skinny one" in a family of dieters which was awesome(!) until it went away. And so began her weight management saga. Ultimately though, Jenn learned the nutrition education we're all supposed to know but no one ever taught us. This completely changed her life and is what allows her to truthfully say she has "kicked her food issues". From then, Jenn set out on a mission to pay it forward and help people help themselves. After over a decade of working with clients, Jenn started Salad With a Side of Fries podcast. Based on science, yet still lighthearted, Jenn talks about living life while still making ourselves and our health a priority.



I love Jenn's scientific yet realistic approach towards weight loss and weight management. She isn't trying to sell some bogus "magic pill", but she does know her stuff. At the same time, she knows that life is more than a regimented "plan", and that we sometimes need to simply take life and various dining experiences as they come.
