Nancy Sokarno on healthy procrastination & people pleasing The Balance Theory

Can procrastination be healthy? Do you notice how your energy shifts around certain people or places? Are you not too confident putting up a boundary if you haven’t already done so?
Today I'm joined by my first guest ever, Nancy Sokarno, or some of you may know her a Psych With Sokz! We chat all things from what to expect from therapy (I feel like no one shares this information?), and how this can help you being preventative in terms of your mental health - so many of us are quick to do this for our bodies by exercising, so it's time to spread the word on doing the same for our minds 🧠
Further, what Monsters Zinc has to do with your energy and why you should care, noticing how things and situations make us feel, and finding what lights you up. There's a little vent about procrastination, when this is a curse, and actually identifying when it can be a really a healthy thing! We finish with a shout out to all people pleasers (me included), and dive deep into setting boundaries - after all, if you're living to please someone else, your boundaries are probably very low or non existent!
