Will draw you in!
If you embark on the 3D LILA adventure, you will find yourself at the crossroads of health and fitness, body image, techie goodness and organic food. Joanna is funny and engaging, taking a light hearted approach to some of these heavy topics that we beat ourselves up over daily! She is so incredibly down to earth and relatable that I often tune in to get myself through the first 15 minutes of a run when I'm feeling particularly unmotivated. It feels like I have a funny friend next to me, helping me get over that hump! Definitely will inspire you!
Engaging, inspiring, vulnerable
Wow - this woman's journey is real - she's brave - not afraid to put it all out there. She makes me want to not only get out and run, but be more vulnerable with all life's challenges. Must listen!
