33 Dance Like No One is Watching
LILA interviews her friend and fellow LILA, Lori Bonn. They discuss a unique dance class of 150+ people who dance freely for two hours in a gym, dancing as if they were in the privacy of their living rooms. Lori says its both a physical and an emotional workout and loves it!

LILA is struggling to balance her job with finding time to work out. She needs some encouragement from us! This week, LILA interviews Michael Petch, an expert on 3D printing. Together, they discuss the new field of 3D printing food and how it can be of benefit to us now and in the future. They also have some fun discussing innovation and technology and the what the future might hold for us all.

Joanna is funny and engaging, taking a light hearted approach to some of these heavy topics that we beat ourselves up over daily! She is so incredibly down to earth and relatable that I often tune in to get myself through the first 15 minutes of a run when I'm feeling particularly unmotivated. It feels like I have a funny friend next to me, helping me get over that hump! Definitely will inspire you!
