Here's the thing - when we think of the energy balance equation, we tend to think of calories in as strictly the food we eat, and calories out as strictly what we burn through movement.
But actually, there are lots of variables we can adjust on the calories in side of the equation that will increase calories out - leading to quicker fat loss WITHOUT actually decreasing the total number of calories you eat.
