Tony is a Master Instructor and content strategist for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, national lecturer, and adjunct faculty member in exercise science programs at both the university and community college levels. He has spent his career working with a broad spectrum of clientele, ranging from stay at home moms and weekend warriors to professional and Olympic athletes.
