In today's epi Mindy shares her journey of recovery. It began in her late 30's after she was 2 pounds away from being hospitalized. For years she went through the motions of "doing" recovery, and only through peeling back the layers and growing in connection with her deepest innermost self, beyond externally imposed labels, did she find true connection with her body and thus true recovery. She covers the 7 principles that allowed her to BE recovered, and that she now guides clients through professionally.
