Maybe your life is too easy…….
Every day I hear from people who have been given all the advantages – prestigious university degrees, fine homes, cars and positions. And they suspect the easy life they’ve been given is keeping them from the challenge of adventure that would release the best version of themselves. Are you taking the “safe” route in life to avoid the stresses and challenges that are trying to release your biggest success?

4. What are the books you recommend that will get me out of the doldrums, that are as life-changing and impactful as any you’ve ever read?

Does quitting your job mean you’re giving up?
There are many times when quitting is the smartest thing to do. If you’re hitting your thumb with a hammer, don’t try to do it better or more efficiently - stop hitting your thumb. Quit - look for a better alternative. Don’t focus on the humiliation of quitting. See this as a go-up opportunity. Quitting the thing where you’re just mediocre or that is making you miserable is not a humiliation - it’s a brilliant decision to move to something better. It can free you up to move into your Zone of Genius.

Is Positive Thinking Dangerous?
A now former member of our Eagles community shared an experience where his "optimism" nearly set him up for a scam. It has been revealed to him that a positive mindset is dangerous and he wants no part of it. Clearly, I'm willing to risk what my optimistic thinking leads me to.
Does positive thinking make you more vulnerable to being taken advantage of? What should you do if you’ve failed to reach a goal? What’s your best next action if you’ve been fired from a job? What are some steps to increase your positive thinking? Seven Steps for Increasing your Positive Thinking
Control what you think about - what you allow into your mind Spend time with people who are already performing at the level at which you want to perform Eliminate “excusitis” from your speech Stretch your vision to see what can be; not what is Set goals that excite and inspire you Invest in yourself - in ways that build your mental and spiritual power Don’t wait for perfect conditions - anticipate obstacles and solve them as they arise Get direct links to the resources mentioned on this podcast, including 8 Questions To Ask Yourself to Mine Your Own Acres of Diamonds and Unearth the Opportunities that Exist In Your Life in the podcast show notes at https://www.48days.com/is-positive-thinking-dangerous/
