More than a Gym
I started listening to this podcast before becoming a member at 4th Quarter Fitness gym. I’ve received so many tips and guidance (in all aspects of life, not just the fitness perspective) through the episodes from John and the coaches. I recommend this podcast to anyone that is looking for the extra nudge or help.
Best Coaches I Ever Had!
This gym is more like family than just a gym, they all show compassion towards one another from the Clients to the Coaches. You never have to feel embarrassed because you’re not in shape, overweight or haven’t worked out in years or ever. They take the time to meet your needs. To each Coach your well-being is always their priority, making you feel important in every possible way it’s like having your own personal cheerleader. Anyways if you are looking for a welcoming place don’t look elsewhere you won’t find it 💪🏽👍🏼👋🏼 subscribe & give 5 stars ⭐️ to start a healthy fitness life.
