They compare the student protests today over the Israel-Gaza war and the protests that divided America during the Vietnam war and how the protestors disrupted the 1968 Democratic Convention and had a negative impact on the candidacy of Democrat Hubert H. Humphrey. Assertions of outside influence today reflect the same assertions of outside influence in 1968, and the brutality used against student protestors then and now are compared.
