5-14-2023 "Words to Live By: Be Prepared" by Pastor Glen Immanuel Lutheran Loveland

    • Christianity

This Sunday the Lord is encouraging us to be ready, to be prepared. For what? To give an answer to anyone who asks us about our faith, about Jesus, about how we live like we do, which is a life filled with hope. These again are some powerful Words to Live By.

In the meantime, keep working on memorizing and putting God’s Word in your heart, especially this passage from last Sunday – “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.” (1 Peter 2:9-10)
