Can we or I talk about Delaney Hall? They say it’s national news but I beg to differ. No human being should be subjected to inhumane conditions and treatment. Delaney Hall isn’t new. It’s not a popup spot that’ll go away like Alligator Alcatraz. What happened to those detainees?
