Great beginners course

This is a very good beginning course and a helpful refresher course. My only objection is the use of "you all" which is colloquial or slang, not proper English. The proper form is "you" (plural) and should be stressed, although I see no reason not to sometimes mention "you all", "y'all", "you guys". Strictly speaking, the correct form is "you" (plural). Or has the education system in the United States neglected to teach proper English in the past few decades and people no longer understand the correct plural form "you"?
