5 Ways To Avoid Burnout & Support Your Mental Health As An Entrepreneur Powerhouse Women

    • Self-Improvement

As ambitious women, burnout is something so many of us face. In today’s episode, I’m sharing five things I do to stay on track when life feels overwhelming.
Besides checking off the basics like quality sleep and nutrition, I try to give myself permission to spend time in my own energy and only consume content that aligns with the person I want to be. I also make a conscious effort to incorporate activities into my schedule that not only push me outside of my comfort zone, but challenge me to accomplish new fitness goals. Listen in to hear how these five strategies have majorly impacted my business, relationships, and overall health.

In this episode we talk about:
Why it’s so important to check in and audit the way you operate
The incredible impact being outside in nature has on my mental health
My mantra for this season: Do not mistake stillness for laziness
An easy way to add more spontaneity into your life
The positive ripple effect of setting up healthy challenges for myself

RESOURCES MENTIONED:
Episode 272. Entrepreneurship & ADHD with Angie Lee
