Dorina Lazo Gilmore-Young is an award-winning author and speaker whose devotional Breathing Through Grief was born out of her own journey after losing her husband.

Through storytelling, scripture, and spiritual practices, she helps others discover God’s presence and hope in the valley of sorrow.

Nims Dias is a registered counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and the Sri Lanka National Association of Counsellors.

She manages Compassion Room in Melbourne, supporting individuals, children, and families through grief, anxiety, and life transitions. With her cross-cultural background and clinical expertise, she offers practical, therapeutic insight into navigating loss.
