#52 Kic: How Steph Claire Smith & Laura Henshaw Built Their Thriving Fitness Empire The Lazy CEO Podcast with Jane Lu

Today I chat to the girls from KIC - Laura Henshaw and Steph Miller (better known as  Steph Claire Smith on socials). KIC, which stands for Keep It Cleaner, is a content-based brand focused on fitness and wellness and has a community of over 2.5 million people and their KIC app which features fitness programs, healthy recipes and wellness practices and recently launched run club has been downloaded over 750,000 times.

We had such an amazing chat about their journey from models/influencers to entrepreneurs, working with your bestie, tips on building a community, the ins and outs of app development (especially when you don’t have a tech background) and all their challenges along the way.
