This week, I'm joined by Jeff Ash. Jeff is a nutritionist, personal trainer, and Intuitive Eating coach.
Jeff takes us through the 10 principles of intuitive eating, and links it back to his own unique challenges of living in an abusive relationship, and raising children on the Autism spectrum. What I loved about this conversation was the mindfulness approach between food and our physical and mental health.
