Today, I’m really excited to share my conversation with Josh Bowen, Founder of 3x5 Leadership, an incredible platform for leadership development. Josh is a graduate of West Point and earned his Masters in Organizational Psychology and Leadership from Columbia University. He is member of the 2020 DoD Reads Board of Advisors and a co-host of the DoDReads podcast. He’s also a husband, father, and active duty Army Officer.
