57 - EBV, Skin Care & Intentional Healing w/Taylor Scarpello, IHP & Creator of Sono Essence Spiritually Intimate Conversations

In today's episode we are going to dive into a topic that has been a big part of my healing over the last 4.5 months - Epstein Barr Virus. You would be surprised how many people are effected by EBV and don't even realize it, yet it's something that can greatly impact our overall health. And this is exactly what happened to my guest Integrative Health Practitioner, Taylor Scarpello.
Taylor reached out to me on social while I was extremely sick over the summer with Mono and just beginning to learn more about EBV. She was so sweet, wanting to see if there was anything she could do to help me in my journey since she too had suffered with Epstein Barr Virus and how much it had torn her world apart. She also had shared with me how for over eleven years, she had struggled with Cystic Acne and the connection she had found between the two (along with a lot of other things, which we dive into).
We both share our stories and how things evolved for us, what we learned and how being intentional in our healing journeys really shifted so much for us. But Taylor also shares how after trying every external product on the market and searching for solutions to heal on the outside, she decided to take matters into her own hands, and turn inward, connecting Mind + Body + Spirit to heal within.
